Meet Splatter, A Freak Experiment gone wrong.

How he came to be is when Scientists in a Laboratory in Manhattan where testing new paint chemicals & other sciency crap. until when a dumb intern was messing with the chemicals willy nilly, An explosion in the lab occurred causing all sorts of chaos. the smoked cleared. And a birth of a Freak of Nature came to be, The Name, Splatterus Cornelius Drakeson The First! (Splatter for Short). And so,in living Flesh, Splatter must face challenges in the real world while at the same trying not get himself hurt by any misfortune (Which is all the time).


This is my New OC who has no powers what's so ever, just a freak experiment in misadventures. His form changed from time to time. as well as his arms.


i was inspired to make a cartoon in the future by 's Cartoon: BERKOWITZ! so i wanted to try this myself. This is also one of my cartoon that i hopefully give Warner Bros. Animation in the future just to get their Original Cartoon Spark back like they did with Mucha Lucha!, Steven Spielberg Toons & Such. if Splatter was a cartoon, i want it be like Looney Tunes-esquie (Like Tiny Toons,Animaniacs & Freakazoid Season 1 was)
